Last week, I went down to my hometown of Houston, TX to create my first commissioned art bike. The project started off a little rocky, as I had planned for the paint to adhere to the titanium frame much better than it did. I finally figured out the ideal solution, rustoleum and enamel paint. The project took endless prep work (taping, cleaning, sanding, etc.) and about 10 hours of hand painting. Overall, I'm over-the-moon excited about the end result! I look forward to doing more projects like this in the near future. I can't wait to see the owner of this bike ride it in his next race!
